We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24hours prior to the appointment ( no Charge ). So we can fill your spot for the day. Cancellation that occur after the 24hour mark, you will be charged a fee of 50% of a service price booked! * Late fee will not go towards any further appointments • NO CALL/NO SHOW In case of missing your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the booked service. In this case if you would like to schedule your next appointment you Must pay the 50% fee ahead or at the studio before the service is completed . If you refuse to do that you won't be able to book your next appointment until the No Show fee is paid. COMING LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT • If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, your service will be shortened to fit within the scheduled time. • If you arrive • If you arrive 15+ minutes or 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the service price.
