Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24hours prior to the appointment ( no Charge ). So we can fill your spot for the day. Cancellation that occur after the 24hour mark, you will be charged a fee of 30% of a service price booked! * Late fee will not go towards any further appointments • NO CALL/NO SHOW In case of missing your appointment, you will be charged 40% of the booked service. In this case if you would like to schedule your next appointment you Must pay the 40% fee ahead or at the studio before the service is completed . If you refuse to do that you won't be able to book your next appointment until the No Show fee is paid.
